What office cleaning actually costs, and why
Most office cleaning quotes are a single number with no explanation behind it. That is how buildings end up overpaying by thirty percent, or underpaying and getting a crew that cuts the job short.
We measure the cleanable square footage, break it into area types, and apply a production rate to each one. Open floor cleans faster than private offices. Restrooms are the slowest area per square foot in any building and the first place complaints start. The hours add up to a price, and you see the arithmetic.
For a typical 18,500 square foot Class B office serviced five times a week, that works out to roughly seven labor hours per visit. Any company quoting three is planning to skip something.

Common questions
How is the price calculated?
Square footage divided by a production rate gives labor hours, hours times a crew rate gives cost, and cost plus margin gives your monthly price. You get the breakdown, not just the total.
Do we need to be there while you clean?
No. Most offices give us access after hours and we secure the building when we finish. If your building requires a badge or escort, we work to whatever your security process allows.
What if something gets missed?
Report it and we re-clean at no charge within one business day. That commitment is written into the contract, not just promised on a website.
Are we locked into a long contract?
The initial term is typically 24 months so the price stays fixed, but either side can cancel on thirty days' written notice. We keep accounts by earning them.
Who supplies restroom consumables?
Either way works. Most clients buy their own tissue, towels and soap and we stock the dispensers as part of the service. We can also supply them and bill separately.
