Why medical cleaning is priced differently
Cleaning a medical office is not the same job as cleaning an office, and most janitorial companies bid it as though it were. That is how practices end up with a crew that moves between exam rooms with the same cloth and finishes suspiciously fast.
We price medical work at a slower production rate on purpose, because disinfection takes the time it takes. Exam rooms get a defined sequence, colour-coded cloths prevent cross-contamination between rooms, and dwell times for disinfectants are respected rather than wiped away after ten seconds.
Every visit produces a dated service record showing what was completed and when. That is useful documentation to have on file.

Exactly what gets done, and how often

Common questions
Do your crews have medical cleaning training?
Crews assigned to clinical sites are trained on the protocol before their first shift and walked through your specific rooms with you. We do not rotate unfamiliar staff into a medical site without that walkthrough.
Do you handle regulated medical waste?
We empty containers into the collection points you designate, following your written procedure. We do not transport or dispose of regulated waste — that stays with your licensed hauler.
Can you clean after our last patient?
Yes. Most practices schedule us after close, with waiting and reception areas reset before you open the next morning.
Will we have documentation of the cleaning?
Every visit generates a dated service record listing the tasks completed. It is emailed to you and kept on file.
Do you use specific disinfectants?
We use commercially available, properly labeled hospital-grade disinfectants and follow manufacturer dwell times. Safety Data Sheets are available on request, and we will use a specific product if your practice requires one.
